Amanda Morgan

Amanda Morgan is Assistant Curator, Exhibitions and Publications, at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami. Since joining ICA Miami in 2017, she has held the successive positions of Curatorial Assistant, Curatorial and Programs Assistant, and Research Fellow, supporting the research and development of numerous exhibitions, most recently “Allan McCollum: Works since 1969.” She has also overseen the production of the exhibition catalogues Donald Judd: Paintings, Larry Bell: Time Machines, Manuel Solano: I Don’t Wanna Wait For Our Lives To Be Over, and Eric-Paul Riege: Hólǫ́–it xistz, among others. In 2021 she curated the exhibition “Pathways to Encounter” organized by ICA Miami at iii Points music festival. She holds a B.A. in History and American Studies in addition to an M.Sc. in Commerce, both from the University of Virginia. She earned an M.A. in Art History from Williams College and The Clark Art Institute in 2017.
