I make paintings and sculptures that distill perception. Although painting is a primary focus, consideration of the medium is malleable. Blown glass, the sculptural flip side of painting’s coin, is a favorite material. My work wonders at the nature of what it is to make a thing, with the most recent conjuring concrete but untraceable spaces stoked with psychologies representing our evolving future.
