Artist Statement

I make images that are authentic, psychologically resonant, and emotionally complex. I am interested in daily news, fandom, and being a part of the moment. Using contemporary events and stories as sources keeps me looking forward. I am increasingly drawn to the excitement and inherent danger of large groups.
